Tar Barrels information for car parking helpers

For all those of you who have signed up for Tar Barrels parking duty, the information you need can be downloaded from the link below.
The Carnival Committee are in overall command this year and so there is a little more documentation that usual.
Please turn up about 10 minutes before your shift at the farm entrance 200m up the hill towards Daisy Mount past King’s School. It is the same field as last year. We will have hi-viz bibs, but please bring you own torches. The Scouts are manning the entrance and the Exit to the field again this year. There will be some refreshments in the field for parking crew.
Dress warmly and wear waterproof and wellies or hiking boots.
For those helping to set the field up, I am meeting at 10am at the top of the field to bang in posts and put up signs. All welcome!
